As of this morning, Pinnacle High School has officially caved to parent pressure and moved the April 24th Erika Kirk event OFF-CAMPUS. Principal Jeremy Richards cited "significant disruption" and safety risks—but the parents aren't stopping there.
The letter, copied to AZ Attorney General Kris Mayes, outlines three massive violations:
The letter points out that Erika Kirk just skipped a massive rally with VP JD Vance in Georgia due to "very serious threats." Parents are asking: If it’s too dangerous for a VP rally, why are you bringing that target to our kids' lunchroom?
TPUSA is being accused of violating the Establishment Clause. By using public school grounds to push "biblical values" via their TPUSA Faith arm, the district is entering a "sectarian" danger zone prohibited by A.R.S. § 15-341.
The parents are prepared to file a Federal Title VI Class Action, claiming the event creates a hostile educational environment for minority and LGBTQ+ students.

The letter highlights the "forgery-linked" leadership surrounding Kirk—specifically Austin Smith, who just received probation and a 5-year ban from public office for forging petition signatures.
