The Same Day: A catastrophic explosion at the AES facility in Tennessee killed 16 people.

The Plane: SAM 112—the VIP jet authorized only by the President or VP—flew directly over that facility on the day it blew up, coming straight from Fort Huachuca.

Why was the 10th Mountain Division scattered to the wind? Why the 10-year NDAs for Turning Point staff? Why did a high-level government plane "detour" over an exploding factory?
